Our warranty periods are valid from the date of purchase or installation by our engineers or third party arranged through TrafficAngel, and cover our products from failure or faults providing all of the installation procedures and warranty terms are met. Please note failure to meet all of the warranty terms and conditions will void any warranty given.
If you wish to return a product please download a copy of our returns form HERE, once completed please print it out and place into the parcel, or alternatively, email to help@trafficangel.co.uk with the tracking number of the parcel.
In the unlikely situation that you need to return a product because it is faulty or you would like to make a warranty claim, please complete a copy of our returns form and print out and place inside the package, or email to help@trafficangel.co.uk with the returns form attached and tracking details for the parcel.
