Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders same day if ordered before 1pm, we use DPD to deliver most of our orders, all orders are sent on a next day service where available, with some destinations on a two day service. We also offer a range of timed delivery services including Saturday delivery, available to select at checkout.
Please note that larger orders may take longer to dispatch, we will contact you with an estimate for delivery if this applies to your order.
If you wish to return a product please download a copy of our returns form HERE, once completed please print it out and place into the parcel, or alternatively, email to help@trafficangel.co.uk with the tracking number of the parcel.
In the unlikely situation that you need to return a product because it is faulty or you would like to make a warranty claim, please complete a copy of our returns form and print out and place inside the package, or email to help@trafficangel.co.uk with the returns form attached and tracking details for the parcel.
We can also arrange for our courier DPD to collect returns or warranty claims, to arrange this, please email help@trafficangel.co.uk and specify the collection address and best date and time for collection to be made.
Preparation
The TrafficAngel Prepping Service is an upgrade where our team of engineers carry out extra work on the products you purchase to ready the kit for installation.
The service includes various enhancements such as the application of conduit to external cables, wiring connections, supply of fixings / accessories. All of these help to simplify the installation process and cut down on time spent with the vehicle, saving time and money!
