O que \u00e9 DVS e PSS?            <\/h2>\n                                    <div class=\"p-0 mb-0 text-base\">\n                <p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafficangel.co.uk\/pt\/padrao-de-visao-direta\/\">Padr\u00e3o de vis\u00e3o direta<\/a> (DVS) Progressive Safe System (PSS) is TfL\u2019s latest iteration of DVS Safe System and is mandatory as of 28th October 2024, it applies to vehicles over 12t GVW entering Greater London. Any vehicles with a 0, 1 or 2 star rating for direct vision need to comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafficangel.co.uk\/pt\/london-dvs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Londres DVS<\/a>. O que exatamente preciso para entrar em Londres?            <\/h2>\n                                    <div class=\"p-0 mb-0 text-base\">\n                <p>O PSS tem uma s\u00e9rie de aspectos de seguran\u00e7a, no entanto, os requisitos tecnol\u00f3gicos reais s\u00e3o os seguintes para ve\u00edculos acima de 12 t:<\/p>\n<h3>Um sistema de monitoramento de c\u00e2mera (CMS)<\/h3>\n<p>Comprising an in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafficangel.co.uk\/pt\/monitores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cab monitor<\/a> (at least 7&#8243;) and blindside camera to be fitted to the nearside of the vehicle enabling an unimpeded nearside view. A CMS can also be used as an alternative to fitting Class V and VI mirrors.<\/p>\n<h3>Um sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de ponto cego do BSIS<\/h3>\n<p>Either radar or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafficangel.co.uk\/pt\/cameras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00e2mera<\/a> which must give a 9M x 2.2M coverage down the nearside of rigid vehicles to detect vulnerable road users and must shut off above 18MPH. BSIS must not audibly activate when the vehicle is stationary or when detecting roadside furniture or other vehicles (motorcyclists and cyclists excluded of course), and neither must it activate audibly when driving parallel alongside vulnerable road users (VRU). BSIS should audibly alarm ONLY when your vehicle turns leftwards and inwards towards any VRU within the detection zone.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de mudan\u00e7a do MOIS<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Radar ou c\u00e2mera, que deve dar pelo menos 2M de cobertura para frente e 0,5M para fora de cada canto frontal do ve\u00edculo. Isso deve desligar acima de 3MPH (5KPH). O MOIS n\u00e3o deve ativar audivelmente quando o ve\u00edculo estiver parado ou ao detectar m\u00f3veis na beira da estrada ou outros ve\u00edculos (ciclistas, motociclistas e patinetes exclu\u00eddos, \u00e9 claro), e deve soar um alarme aud\u00edvel SOMENTE quando seu ve\u00edculo se mover para frente em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a qualquer VRU dentro da zona de detec\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Um alarme de curva \u00e0 esquerda (ou alarme de curva \u00e0 direita para ve\u00edculos com volante \u00e0 esquerda)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A left <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafficangel.co.uk\/pt\/alarmes\/desligar-alarmes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">turn alarm<\/a> is required for right hand drive vehicles to audibly warn vulnerable road users when the vehicle is turning left. There are two application processes, one for registering a single vehicle at a time, and another that allows for a multi vehicle application.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 enviar as seguintes evid\u00eancias fotogr\u00e1ficas e textuais:<\/p>\n<h3>Duas fotografias para demonstrar que o PSS foi instalado no seu ve\u00edculo.<\/h3>\n<p>Para essa evid\u00eancia visual, uma fotografia deve mostrar claramente a frente e o lado pr\u00f3ximo, e a outra deve mostrar a traseira e o lado pr\u00f3ximo do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>As placas de registro do ve\u00edculo devem ser claramente leg\u00edveis em ambas as fotos e as imagens devem demonstrar que o equipamento PSS foi instalado no ve\u00edculo conforme especificado nesta orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e nas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas que o acompanham. TfL does not require operators to provide third-party certification for their equipment installed for the purposes of fitting the PSS. However, operators are required to provide a functionality statement that demonstrates the blind spot and moving off information systems have been fitted to comply with the standards set in the technical specifications, and are in functional working order. This should comprise an official statement or letter from either the fitter or the original equipment manufacturer of the product being installed, to the effect that the systems fitted to the vehicle are active and fitted in compliance with the approved technical specifications.
