Com Transport for London\u2019s (TfL) Direct Vision Standard (DVS)<\/a> and Progressive Safe System (PSS) regulations tightening, Bleach of Lavant needed to ensure its expanding fleet was fully compliant with the London DVS requirements, avoiding costly penalties while improving safety for both drivers and vulnerable road users.<\/p>\n

The Challenge: Ensuring DVS Compliance Across Bleach of Lavant’s Fleet<\/h2>\n

With vehicles of varying ages and configurations, Bleach of Lavant faced a complex challenge: upgrading every HGV in its fleet to comply with London\u2019s DVS regulations while maintaining operational efficiency. Under TfL rules, all HGVs over 12 tonnes must have a valid DVS safety permit to operate in Greater London. Non-compliance can result in fines of up to \u00a3550 per offence.<\/p>\n
