TfL has made Sistemas seguros progresivos<\/a><\/strong> mandatory to reduce rising road accidents involving vulnerable road users. Many drivers feel it\u2019s long overdue, as erratic cyclist and pedestrian behaviour adds to driver anxiety\u2014distracted commuters glued to phones, speeding cyclists darting through traffic, inexperienced e-bike riders learning on busy streets, and reckless scooterists weaving between vehicles. These risky habits have led to too many serious injuries and fatalities, prompting TfL\u2019s push for Progressive Safe Systems to make roads safer for everyone.<\/p>

Because, despite all the politicking, there\u2019ll only ever be one loser in the London chicken run. A truck will always be a truck, and a vulnerable road user will always be vulnerable. And HGV drivers, as erratic humans have their failings too, hence the TfL<\/a> push to have technology help reduce these often fatal encounters. And so it\u2019s great to report that in the midst of all of this risk and driver stress, the TrafficAngel Progressive Safe System is already proving its worth around town, averting injury and even saving lives!<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Como ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico de la tarea de PSS, me comuniqu\u00e9 con un proveedor de PSS de Facebook y le ped\u00ed referencias (porque tambi\u00e9n podemos instalar otros equipos si cumplen con el est\u00e1ndar), solo para que me dijeran: "No podemos hacerlo debido al RGPD".<\/em><\/p>

Insatisfecho con tal respuesta, llam\u00e9 por tel\u00e9fono a un transportista anunciado como "otro cliente satisfecho" que me dijo con franqueza que su PSS no funcionaba, que los instaladores hab\u00edan perforado agujeros en la carrocer\u00eda que dejaban entrar agua y provocaban un cortocircuito en la CPU del veh\u00edculo, y que la empresa todav\u00eda no hab\u00eda regresado para solucionar los problemas, dejando al anunciado "cliente satisfecho" insatisfecho y muy perjudicado.<\/p>

Of course, no installation company is perfect, but let the above simple illustration serve as a reminder that you poder<\/em> investigate further, and that you actually need to because the PSS market is awash now with the second-rate. Once again, insist on a trial, and absolutely insist on speaking to satisfied customers before you buy. If their kit is good, then customers should be happy to spread the good news.<\/p>
