Audio-Visual Deterrents
When a potential thief is detected continuously for 20 seconds (timer can be customised):
A gentle audio-visual warning is triggered in the cab to alert the driver
- If a threat is perceived, the driver can flip a switch and trigger an external audio-visual warning, with a bright flashing strobe light and loud voice message notifying the potential thief that their movements are being recorded.

Two stages of DriverProtect
DriverProtect – 1
The basic system consists of the alarm deterent and a recording system without LiveDrive. Mainly offering 2-AI cameras (Nearside and Offside), an internal buzzer & alarm to wake up the driver, a timer delay (20 secs but can be customised – to make sure that innocent passersby don’t cause any unnecessary alert for the driver), 7″ HD monitor, external warning alarm, optional floodlight and scene lights.
The recording system will allow the driver to watch what’s happening outside on the monitor from the safety of his cab, and if the situation seems threatning, he can choose to turn the alarm and floodlights on. All our recording systems come with 2 x 256 GB SD cards to store up to 250 hours of recording.
Additional add-on upgrades are available: extra AI cameras to cover front and the rear of the vehicle, more floodlights and scenelights, and storage capacity upgrades up to 2TB to the amount of footage that can be stored.
DriverProtect – 2
The upgraded system with LiveDrive gives the driver access to the system remotely. In any instances where the driver has to move away from the vehicle, once the system has been turned on, they will receive a notification on their phone if suspicious activity is detected. They can log into our app, to stream the cameras and view the surroundings and should they deem the situation dangerous, can activate the external alarm and lights to deter the thief.
The LiveDrive system comes with a 4G SIM . All the other additional upgrade options are also available for Protect-2 along with the ability for multiple people to receive alerts in case the transport or fleet managers wants to stay in the loop.
